Terms and Conditions

All qualified submissions will receive a additional entry into the current raffle

Submission Rules:

• One submission per coffee bag

(one person can submit multiple entries as long as it is not the same coffee bag as a pervious submission)

• Artist agrees to a non-exclusive agreement with Artsy Coffee Company. Giving both the Artist and Artsy Coffee Company

• permission to publicly promote and advertise your submission(s)

• Artwork must be appropriate for public viewing (of all ages)

• Must be an original artwork

• Must be created on the coffee bag

• Only the artist(s) can be shown in any image or video submissions. By submitting you consent to being shown through any of our content or advertisements.

Artsy Coffee Company reserves the right to:

 

• Publicly promote any and all artwork submissions. All efforts will be made to give credit to each artist showcased in any of our promotions.
• Alter submission photos and videos to properly format them on different social platforms

• Use artworks in advertisements promoting Artsy Coffee Company

(artist credit will be included in advertisement)

• Select what submissions are shown through any of our platforms

• Void any submissions from the raffle, promotions or anything else if it is found to be breaking our submission rules
